Ticketing
You can get your tickets on the Internet, by phone at 1 866 908-9090 or, beginning on November 28th 2016, directly at the Olympic Stadium ticket windows. Please note that a 2$ fee will apply for all types of electronic tickets.
Olympic Stadium’s regular box office hours
From Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (closed statutory holidays). For more information, call (514) 790-1111. Olympic Stadium’s box office is located at the stadium’s main entrance, at 4545, Pierre-De Coubertin Avenue (Pie-IX Metro Station).
How do I purchase individual tickets or packages?
The official ticketing site is on the Ticketpro page. Tickets purchased on any other ticketing site are not valid. When you select “Buy your tickets NOW”, you will be redirected to the secure Ticketpro transaction platform. To purchase tickets, you must create a ticketing account and have a valid credit card. For more information on the competition, please return to our website.
Ticket delivery
Tickets will be delivered according to the delivery method chosen by the buyer on the payment page. Delivery charges will be applied for mail orders depending on the weight and the destination (country). Buyers who selected the “Smart phone ticket” or “E-ticket” option will receive an email confirmation and a link to download their tickets. For any ticket delivery issues, please call 1 866 908-9090.
Accepted methods of payment
MasterCard, Visa, debit card and cash.
Concessions
Food and drink, including alcoholic beverages, may not be brought into Olympic Stadium. However, there are several food and drink concessions to choose from inside.
Children
Children who will be two years of age or less at the time of the event (October 2017) will not require a ticket. They must however remain on the lap of an adult and not obstruct the view of any other spectators. Children over two years of age must have a ticket to enter the stadium.
Spectators coming from outside Canada
If required, you must have a valid visa to enter Canada prior to purchasing your ticket – entry visas for spectators coming to Canada will not be provided or otherwise endorsed by the organizing committee. Be aware that citizens from visa-exempt countries must secure an electronic travel authorization (eTA) to fly to or travel through Canada. eTA are not necessary for citizens of the United States as well as travellers who have a valid Canadian visa. For further information, please refer to the Government of Canada’s travel site before purchasing your tickets.
Re-entry
If you leave before the end of a competition session, you will be allowed to re-enter the stadium upon producing your ticket and showing the stamp given to you when you exited the stadium.
Resale
As indicated in the Terms and Conditions that must be accepted prior to purchasing a ticket, you may not at any time resell or otherwise transfer your tickets.
Lost ticket
We are not responsible for tickets that may have been lost. A reprinting fee of $5 will apply.
Individuals with mobility impairments
There are designated wheelchair-accessible areas. Wheelchair spectators and their attendants may purchase regular-priced tickets at the Olympic Stadium box office or by phoning Ticketpro at 1 866 908-9090.
Inspections conducted at the entrance
You will be required to pass through security zones and submit to a pat-down search and inspection of your personal belongings at the entrance to the site. Staff and relevant signage will guide you through this quick and safe process. For more information, please refer to the applicable Olympic Stadium rules.
Prohibited items
In addition to the applicable Olympic Stadium rules, the following items will be prohibited:
- Banners, signs, flag or any similar item displaying content of a religious, political or offensive nature
- Any advertising material
- Excessive noise-making items
Code of conduct
Any disruptive or offensive behaviour or behaviour that violates our policies may result in the ejection of violators from the site, without refund or compensation. Violators will be denied re-entry during the event.
Cameras and recording devices
Except as provided herein and unless expressly authorized by the Fédération internationale de gymnastique (FIG), ticketholders are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from recording, transmitting or broadcasting, in whole or in part, in any manner whatsoever and on any media, any sounds, images, texts, descriptions or results of the event competitions. Ticketholders may engage in these activities for personal or non-commercial use, yet they may not allow commercial use of these activities by any entity without the prior written consent of the FIG.
