Olympic Stadium

The main venue for the 1976 Olympic Games where Nadia Comaneci made Olympic and FIG history, Montreal’s Olympic Stadium accommodates over 10,000 spectators when fit out as an amphitheatre. Since its inauguration in 1976, it has welcomed over 67 million visitors and has become, with its famous tower, an internationally recognized symbol of Montreal.

All training, warm-up and competition areas, meeting rooms, broadcast facilities and offices of the Organizing Committee, FIG and partners will be located in the stadium’s Main and East halls, while the press centre and corporate boxes will be situated on level 300.
