Promote the community awareness through interactive map profiling 61 Aboriginal communities, divided into 3 linguistic families: Algonquian, Iroquoian and Eskimo-Aleut.

  • map drag navigation functionality on mobile devices;
  • mobile device orientation detection;
  • mobile device model and/or operating system detection;
  • selective map element visibility (through drop-down menu or check boxes depending on device).

The map Les Nations is a work and public awareness tool to locate the location of Aboriginal communities in Quebec and to quickly access their population data.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Consultation, project management, research and analysis, strategic advising, information architecture modeling, prototyping, website design, user interface and experience design (UI and UX), usability testing, HTML5 coding using grid system (responsive) compliant with WCAG 2.0 and WET 3.0, interactive map (Flash and JavaScript), graphic design (geographical map, posters, roll-up banners) and quality assurance.
