Increase government's awareness of the rising direct cost of caring for dementia patients that is expected to increase to $16.6 billion in 2031.

Put into perspective that by 2031, 1.4 million Canadians will live with some form of dementia.

Present the Senate's 29 recommendations aimed at helping the growing number of Canadians who have some form of dementia and their loved ones.

Mape 3

Promote the urgent need to establish a Canadian Partnership to Address Dementia with a mandate to create and implement a national dementia strategy and foster its funding.
